About the role
We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and treatments
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
- Utilize clinical training to perform procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues
- Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion or enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience for all ages
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
- State license in Arizona prior to start
- Strong communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a passion for human-centered care
- Ability to adapt and navigate complex situations confidently
