Family Physician - Full-Time

We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and treatmentsCollaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teamsParticipating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunitiesUtilizing clinical training to perform procedures and supervise NP or PA colleaguesObtaining additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as needed Qualifications And Skills Required Completion or enrollment in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residencyAt least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience for all agesBoard certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Medicine/PediatricsState license in Arizona prior to startStrong communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a passion for human-centered careAbility to adapt and navigate complex situations confidently This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including health plans, retirement, paid leave, CME stipend, malpractice insurance, and professional development opportunities.
