Family Medicine Physician - Full-Time

Role Overview: This is a full-time primary care physician position involving managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via tele-health, and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. Responsibilities: Providing evidence-based care, performing in-office procedures, supervising NP or PA colleagues, participating in weekly clinical rounds, and maintaining ongoing learning and collaboration. Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states. Qualifications & Skills: Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency, with at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, board certification or eligibility, and a valid Connecticut license. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for human-centered care, effective communication, clinical proficiency, adaptability, and teamwork orientation. Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $273,500 to $327,000, with comprehensive benefits including health plans, retirement contributions, paid leave, professional development, malpractice coverage, and CME stipends.
