Essential Functions
- Provides for the clinical care of adult and geriatric patients, including acute and chronic medical and health maintenance care.
- Participates in the health center's Performance Improvement program and assists in the formulation and implementation of the health center's health care plan, especially Family Medicine protocols.
- Practices Evidence Base Medicine and Patient-Centered Medicine.
- Uses electronic health record (EHR) for: Clinical documentation; ordering and reviewing labs and radiology; and clearing all tasks in a timely manner according to organizational policies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO from an accredited university, completed ACGME-accredited residency training in Family Medicine.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, licensed to practice in the State of Missouri.
Additional Information
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
