SALARY
The position salary range is $212,944/annual - $269,216.25/annual

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, mental, and social health needs of patients.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
- Demonstrated commitment to serving LGBTQ+ communities and marginalized populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Experience in a community health setting is preferred but not required.
