Family Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead our established small animal practice in Topeka, Kansas. Responsibilities

• Work closely with hospital leadership to support a culture of collaboration, elevate patient care standards, and drive continued growth.
• Guide the medical vision and clinical standards of the hospital.
• Mentor and support early-career and experienced veterinarians.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Introduce new services, treatment protocols, and medical advancements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence.
• Support staff development and continuing education.
• Champion high-quality patient care and client communication.
• Help drive long-term success for the hospital and its team.

Requirements

• A Leadership Opportunity with Real Influence
• Experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent)
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Utah
• A passion for mentoring and team development
• Demonstrate strong clinical and diagnostic skills
