Family Partner - Spanish Proficiency Required

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Family Partner – Spanish Proficiency Required. In this role, the successful candidate will conduct twice-weekly home visits to a caseload of families, modeling reading and play strategies to improve parent-child interactions, prepare children for school success, and increase parent efficacy in supporting their children’s learning.

Responsibilities

• Supports program implementation as needed
• Conducts home visits with assigned families twice-weekly
• Completes required paperwork on a weekly basis
• Attends and participates in weekly supervisory meetings
• Collects program data and ensures completeness
• Coordinates recruitment of families for program participation
• Supports special program events for families

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Some experience working with young children or parents and/or with Community Based Organizations (paid or volunteer)
• Spanish proficiency required
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Pay

The salary range for the role is $35,129.60 – $46,646.99 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
