About the Role
This unique finance opportunity supports the financial affairs and investment activities of a small group of ultra-high-net-worth principals within a sophisticated investment environment. The role sits at the intersection of accounting, investments, family office operations, and strategic financial administration.
The individual will have exposure to ownership reporting, investment structures, estate planning initiatives, philanthropic activity, and special projects, while helping build scalable processes for a growing function. This is a highly visible role with direct collaboration with senior stakeholders, exposure to complex financial matters, and responsibilities rarely found in traditional accounting, finance, or family office environments.
Responsibilities
- Support financial affairs and investment activities of ultra-high-net-worth principals
- Assist with ownership reporting and investment structures
- Contribute to estate planning initiatives and philanthropic activity
- Participate in special projects and help build scalable processes
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on complex financial matters
Requirements
- Strong foundation in accounting or finance
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, family office operations, private banking clients, or related environments
