Family Office Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and Presentation: Create clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Family Office teams.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Time Entry: Responsible for all team time entry and reconciliation between Workday and Aderant.
- Administration: Ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks, including time entry, mailings, and expense reports.
- Project Management Support: Support management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintenance of Operating Rhythms: Inclusive of notetaking, tracking action items and deadlines, and organizing file structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Work collectively with the various stakeholders to implement initiatives determined by the project sponsor.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest analytical tools, methodologies, and business trends to bring innovative solutions to Family Office Services.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years work experience
- Bachelor's degree, Business, Economics, or Finance major preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. A bonus if proficiency in financial modelling
- Excellent judgment and the ability to balance resourcefulness and discretion, demonstrating ability to protect confidential and proprietary information
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, a bonus if familiar with Tableau or PowerBI
Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
