Family Nurse Practitioner (Sandy Health Center)

About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Clackamas County's Health clinic teams at our Sandy Health Clinic. This position is a growth role, allowing you to build your own patient panel and provide comprehensive primary care services to all ages, with a focus on adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care
• Perform Diagnostic Assessments
• Prescribe and Manage Medications
• Offer Pediatric Services
• Offer Prenatal and Reproductive Health Services
• Engage in Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Oregon
• Licensed and Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges (within 30 days of hire)
• DEA registration certificate with Schedule II–V privileges (within 30 days of hire)
• Maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine setting

Preferred Special Qualifications

• Experience working in an FQHC setting

Special Requirements

• Post-offer, pre-employment drug test
• Criminal history check

Pay

$67.593044 - $86.001866 per hour

Schedule

This position works 32 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Friday (4 days/week; 8 hours/day).
