Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

• Conduct routine physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide preventive care
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Masters in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in New York State
• Passing scores from relevant certification exams

Pay

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
