Role Overview

Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within scope, including in-clinic and telehealth services, while ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, review medical histories, perform assessments, and develop diagnoses.
  • Order, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate, timely patient charts and ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols, participate in team meetings, and support new employee training.
  • Engage actively in community outreach and promote a positive, respectful work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, standards, and compliance requirements, including mandatory training.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
  • 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; current active licensure and DEA registration required.
  • Ability to treat all ages, work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and perform duties in both clinical and virtual settings.
  • Preferred experience in Urgent Care, ER, or Family Practice, with DOT certification within 120 days.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with a focus on quality patient care.
