Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and follow clinical guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings.
• Engage with leadership to improve patient experience.
• Support new employee onboarding and training.
• Communicate effectively via virtual and in-person channels and maintain a compassionate, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• Active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with DEA and DOT certifications as required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with proficiency in telehealth being advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and collaborate effectively.
