Key Responsibilities
- Delivering patient-centered care, conducting assessments, reviewing medical histories, and formulating diagnoses.
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests; prescribing medications; and educating patients on treatment plans.
- Leading clinic staff to ensure excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
- Utilizing protocols and guidelines, participating in team communication, and supporting new employee training.
- Engaging in community outreach and maintaining a welcoming, compassionate environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Active licensure, DEA certification, and ability to treat all ages; DOT certification within 120 days.
- Strong communication, adaptability to technology, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency settings is preferred.
