Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care both in-person and via telehealth, meeting patient volume targets.
• Lead and guide clinic team members to ensure professional and compassionate patient service.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Develop diagnoses, recommend treatments, and educate patients on care.
• Participate in team communication, training, and community outreach activities.
• Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training efforts.
• Adhere to company core values of teamwork, quality, and friendliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including on-call responsibilities for ancillary providers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice is advantageous.
• Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable).
• Strong communication, leadership, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and virtual communication channels.
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.
