Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Summary

Urgent Team is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional medical care in Bartlett, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
• Offer convenient, friendly patient care
• Lead, direct, and assist during emergencies
• Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups
• Manage and monitor patient care levels
• Oversee and support on-site laboratory, x-ray, injection, and collection services
• Maintain clinical competency and adhere to medical policies
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to develop and implement policies
• Participate in in-service and continuing education programs
• Recommend growth and development for new and existing services
• Afford compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
• Represent the company at meetings and events
• Guide other medical staff to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction

What's Required?

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active state license as an APRN or PA
• Current FNP or PA-C Board Certification
• Current DEA license, or eligibility to obtain upon hire
• Current DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Current BLS certification

Schedule

Our full-time team works a rotating 30-40 hour/week schedule, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
