Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts and forward charts as appropriate.
- Elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values.
- Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories and symptoms to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations.
- Pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow-up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate regularly with team to support excellent patient care.
- Support new employees with training and coaching.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice.
- Current license and DEA certification.
- DOT certification for full-time employees.
Qualifications
- New Grad: Up to 1 years of experience.
- Level 2: Over 1 years of experience.
- Level 3: Over 5 years of experience.
- Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.

Pay
- PRN Employees: Minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Full Time Employees: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
