Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking caring and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-up care for patients of all ages with various acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, splinting, and abscess drainage.
• Provide excellent customer service, leadership during emergencies, and maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee on-site laboratory, x-rays, and collections, and ensure compliance with medical policies and standards.
• Participate in staff education, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Guide and support medical staff to ensure quality services and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an APRN or PA and current Board Certification (FNP or PA-C).
• Current DEA license or eligibility, and willingness to obtain DOT certification if needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
