Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, review medical histories, symptoms, and medications to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; and offer patient education.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service and adherence to protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with regulations, and participation in team meetings and training.
• Engage with patients through virtual channels and support new employee onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive work environment.
• Adhere to compliance standards, promote a respectful culture, and perform on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Support community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• Active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with DEA and DOT certifications as required.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred, with experience in urgent care, ER, or family practice advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments and adapt to new technologies and protocols.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
