Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals for in-person and virtual visits
- Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services
- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses
- Actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve patient care concerns and uphold company values
- Meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-person visits as determined
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, forwarding them as appropriate
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and supervising physicians
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
- Deliver patient-centric care through in-person and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, prioritizing safety, cost, and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across in-person and virtual settings
- Manage a queue of telehealth patients to ensure timely follow-up
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; and educate patients on continued treatment for acute and chronic conditions
- Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training
- Adhere to standard NP/PA protocols and complete all mandatory compliance training

PRN Employees: Required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Full-Time Employees: Required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
Additional Responsibilities for Ancillary Providers: Periodic on-call duties throughout the year.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Level 2: 1 to 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Level 3: 5 to 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Level 4: Over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice) strongly preferred
- Licensure/Certification:
- Active, verifiable license and DEA in good standing with the proper regulatory agency (DEA required for all providers; if limited by state law due to years of practice, DEA must be obtained within 120 days of meeting state requirements)
- Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements
- DOT certification required for full-time and part-time Providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
