About the Role
Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide comprehensive urgent and primary care services in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and educate patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions
- Perform medical assessments and procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and physical exams
- Oversee laboratory and radiology services
- Ensure compliance with medical policies and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide excellent patient service and support during emergencies
- Deliver high-quality patient care, support operations, and guide staff
- Promote patient satisfaction
- Maintain clinical competencies
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in educational programs
- Represent the organization at events
Requirements
- Active state license as an APRN or PA
- Current board certification
- DEA and DOT certification or eligibility
- BLS certification
- Minimum one year of experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities
