Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns and uphold company values.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and forward them as appropriate.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop diagnoses.
- Deliver patient-centric care through diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and health information management standards.
- Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments, including telehealth queues.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; and educate patients on treatment plans.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Complete mandatory compliance training to meet quality-of-care standards.

- Recommend improvements to enhance patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly with the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome and onboard new employees, including clinic tours and process overviews.
- Assist new employees with training, job shadowing, and coaching.

- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Requirements:
- PRN Employees: Minimum of 4 shifts per month.
- Full-Time Employees: 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.
Additional Requirements for Ancillary Providers: Periodic on-call duties throughout the year.
Experience Levels
- Level 1: New graduate with up to 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 2: 1–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 3: 5–10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Level 4: Over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- 1–2 years of experience as a provider in relevant settings (e.g., Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Practice).
- Active, verifiable license and DEA in good standing (DEA required within 120 days if limited by state law).
- Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
- DOT certification required within 120 days of employment for full-time and part-time providers.
