Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - (PRN) Bilingual (SP)

About the role

Medcor is seeking a Spanish Speaking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work on a PRN basis (as-needed) in their employer-based clinic setting in Waconia, MN. The clinic operates Monday-Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent primary and acute episodic care for the clinic
• Collaborate with the on-site medical staff and other Medcor associates
• Work collaboratively with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices
• Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinical issues
• Support client’s wellness and preventative programs
• Document and manage information using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools

Requirements

• A valid unrestricted MN licensure
• Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
• Current DEA & BLS certifications
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
• A positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with patients, clients and colleagues
• Willingness to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment

Qualifications

• No weekend or on-call hours required
• Flexibility for additional hours preferred, as requested by the client

Benefits

Compensation starts at $64.00/hr. This is not a full-time job; it is PRN/coverage. There are no guaranteed hours. With advanced notice, flexibility for additional hours is preferred, as requested by the client.
