Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population, partnering with a team of MAs, care coordinators, and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Qualifications
- ANCC or AANP Certification
- Meets ASAS credentialing standards
Pay
Base salary plus variable incentive bonus dependent on personal productivity and quality measures.
