Responsibilities

• Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.
• Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
• Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Must have certification by the NCCPA.
• Family Nurse Practitioner: Must have completed a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner program.

Skills

• Competitive base salary of $135,000 - $150,000 with additional compensation through performance-based bonus model.

Schedule and Training

• Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.

• Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
• Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area.
• Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.
• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
