Position Highlights
- Established outpatient Family Medicine practice
- Monday–Friday schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Average patient volume: 19–25 patients per day
- Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Approximately 15 providers within the practice, including 6 APPs
- Onsite moderately complex laboratory and point-of-care testing
- Minimal call responsibility (approximately every 12 weeks)
- Opportunities to expand procedural and diagnostic skillsets
- Strong administrative and clinical support
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Position Details
- Base compensation range: $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status
- Individual compensation determined by fair market value and qualifications
- No applicable incentive compensation programs included in the pay range
