About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage employees with a personal relationship through on-site providers and direct primary care services.
  • Deliver thorough, patient-focused primary care to improve health outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Focus on improving patient health, satisfaction, and engagement, not just financial metrics.
  • Implement workplace health and safety practices and adhere to OSHA regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records (Athena) and demonstrate strong computer skills.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Proactive MD’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Patient Promise to champion these principles in each patient encounter.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (MSN)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in practice state
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
  • Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for medical providers
  • Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Collaborative Physician
  • Thorough knowledge and adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills
  • Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of Proactive MD’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Patient Promise and champion them in each patient encounter

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

MON, WEDS, FRI: 7:00am-5:00pm; TUE, TH: 8:00am-6:00pm
