We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Role: Family Nurse Practitioner at Proactive MD, employer-sponsored health center in Midland, TX. - Position hours: Monday: 7-4, T: 7-7, W: 8-4, Th: 8-6, F:7-1 (1 hour lunch break) (40hrs/week). So schedule details. - New Clinic Scheduled to open January 4, 2027. Clinic Address: 37 N. Big Spring Street, Midland, TX 79701. - Description of practice: more time with patients, broad-scope primary care, no RVUs, patient-first care, etc. - What You'll Do: list of duties. - Qualifications Required: list. - Preferred: list. - Why Join Proactive MD: bullet list of values. - About Proactive MD: description. We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe computer skills, etc.), Benefits (maybe not explicit? There's no explicit benefits like health insurance, PTO, etc. The posting does not mention benefits. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit Benefits. Pay: not mentioned. Omit. Schedule: we have schedule details. So include Schedule section. We also might include About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe preferred? but we could combine required and preferred under Qualifications? The instruction says use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where. We have required qualifications list. We have preferred experience list. We have skills: strong computer skills, EMR experience, etc. Also strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, workflow-management skills, knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, etc. Ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Those could go under Skills. We also have "Why Join Proactive MD?" which is more about values; could go under About the role? Or maybe under About the role we can include description of practice and mission. But we already have About Proactive MD description. Could combine. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing the role, location, clinic opening, hours? But hours go to Schedule. Could include location and clinic opening. Better: About the role: brief description of the position, employer-sponsored health center, mission, patient-centered care, etc. - Responsibilities: the list under "What You'll Do As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:" each bullet. - Requirements: the "Qualifications Required" list. - Qualifications: maybe the "Preferred" list? Or we could treat "Qualifications" as both required and preferred? But we already have Requirements for required. So Qualifications could be preferred. - Skills: maybe include strong computer skills, EMR experience, strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, workflow-management, knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA, ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Also maybe "Experience using electronic medical records (EMR); Proactive MD uses athenahealth". That's a skill. - Schedule: the position hours. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Family Nurse Practitioner

. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. So remove that paragraph. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about "More Time With Patients", "Broad-Scope Primary Care Practice", "No RVUs or Volume-Based Metrics", "Patient-Four Care", "What Makes Proactive MD Different?" Those are substantive; we could incorporate them into About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Proactive MD". But we have only allowed sections list; we could add another section like "About Proactive MD" but not in the list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect those headings; but they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine the descriptive paragraphs into About the role. Thus we need to incorporate the "What Makes Proactive MD Different?" bullet points into About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph to include: - Opportunity to practice meaningful, patient-centered primary care without pressure of traditional fee-for-service. - Providers have more time with patients (average 30 minutes), focus on long-term health outcomes, build relationships. - Broad-scope primary care: preventive, acute, chronic, health education, wellness. - No RVUs or volume-based metrics; priorities are patient health, satisfaction, engagement. - Patient-First Care: Patient Promise. - Workplace health centers provide convenient access to primary care while helping employees become healthier, more engaged, more productive. - About Proactive MD description: partners with employers to provide convenient, high-quality primary care through onsite health and wellness centers; model combines direct primary care, experienced providers, strong client support to help employees achieve better health outcomes while helping employers reduce overall healthcare costs; belief that access to exceptional primary care and a provider who knows them leads to healthier, happier, more engaged employees. We should include all that. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include EEO paragraph. Now ensure we didn't miss any bullet from "What You'll Do": we included all. Check "Qualifications Required": we included all. Check "Preferred": we included. Check "Strong computer skills, including experience with internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software": we included under Skills and also under Requirements (maybe duplicate). It's okay to have in both but we might want to avoid duplication. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication is okay as long as we don't invent or summarize away detail. It's fine to have it in both sections if it appears in both places. But we listed it under Requirements (as part of required qualifications) and also under Skills. That's duplication but okay. But we might want to avoid duplication to keep sections thin? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Duplication may make sections thin? Not necessarily. But we could move computer skills to Skills only and not repeat under Requirements. However the Required list includes "Experience using electronic medical records (EMR); Proactive MD uses athenahealth" and "Strong computer skills, including experience with internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software". Those are required qualifications. So we should keep them under Requirements. Then Skills could be other skills like strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, workflow-management, knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA, ability to work with diverse backgrounds. But we already have those under Requirements as well. Actually those are also required qualifications. So maybe we should not have a separate Skills section; we could combine required and preferred under Requirements and Qualifications. But the instruction expects a Skills
