About the role

This position is for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner within an inpatient psychiatric unit, serving patients from age 10 through elderly. The role is a locum-to-full-time opportunity for a clinician seeking stability and a long-term commitment as the practice expands.

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
• 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP
• Eligible to practice independently in Massachusetts (per state regulations)
• Must be a local candidate able to commute daily to the Leonard campus (no hotel, airfare, or rental car arrangements needed)
• Preferred: currently or previously credentialed at the Leonard campus

Expectations

• Seeking a full-time locum provider committed to staying for a significant period
• Must be a quality clinician dedicated to stable, consistent coverage
• Not open to providers wanting minimal shifts or short-term assignments
