Family Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Family Practice is seeking a locum to provide 32 hours of patient‑facing care in the clinic, located in the peaceful Lakeside neighborhood close to trails and community parks. Patients have been coming to this site for many years and value the care delivered by the providers and care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑facing care.
• Work alongside an RN who performs medication refills per protocol, triages patient messages, and offers supportive care.
• Collaborate 1:1 with a Medical Assistant who assists with panel management and daily patient scheduling.
• Utilize on‑site phlebotomy services for EKGs and lab work.
• Benefit from on‑site physical therapy resources.

Schedule

32 hours of patient‑facing care per week.
