Family Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities
- Maintain minor surgeries including toenail removal, foreign object removal, suturing, splinting
- Perform general orthopedic evaluations and management
- Review and interpret x-rays under radiologist supervision
- Treat general dermatological conditions
- Handle general eye problems
- Perform general EKG interpretations
- Manage emergency situations
- Provide general gynecological expertise
- Treat patients of all ages, including children
- Offer occupational medicine services
- Conduct telemedicine consultations
Qualifications
- Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher education required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

About the Role
MainStreet Family Care is expanding and seeking a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to support urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services across multiple clinics in South Alabama. This position requires flexibility and strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment.
