Family Nurse Practitioner

MainStreet Family Care is seeking an adventurous Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a flexible and exciting Statewide Float Provider role. Travel to multiple clinics across Georgia and beyond, gain diverse clinical experience, and help communities—all while we cover your hotel stays and reimburse mileage. Schedules are released two months in advance for easy planning.

About the Role

• Explore different towns and communities across Georgia while working.

Responsibilities

• Float to various clinics within driving distance to provide urgent and primary care services.
• Work in diverse clinic environments, meeting new patients and teams regularly.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted FNP licensure in Georgia (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification as an FNP.
• No prior experience needed—new graduates welcome.
