Family Nurse Practitioner

Floating Family Nurse Practitioner position covering multiple clinics in the Northeast Florida region. $7,500 sign-on bonus available.

About the role

Provide patient-focused urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible working across different clinics and providing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgeries (e.g., toenail removal, foreign object removal)
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management, including review of x-rays (over-read by radiologist)
• General dermatology and eye problem assessments
• EKG interpretations
• Emergency management
• General GYN expertise
• Care for children of all ages
• Occupational medicine services
• Telemedicine consultations

Schedule

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations only):
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours subject to change based on company needs, training, or floater assignments

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
