Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals for in-person and virtual visits.
- Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services.
- Review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, and ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve patient care concerns and ensure adherence to company values.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and forward them as appropriate.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver patient-centric care through in-person and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, prioritizing safety, cost, and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment across both in-person and virtual settings.
- Manage a queue of telehealth patients to ensure timely follow-up.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
- Follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training to meet and exceed quality-of-care standards.

- Recommend improvements to clinic and telehealth leadership to enhance patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly with the team to support excellent patient care.
- Welcome and onboard new employees, including facilitating introductions, clinic tours, and process overviews.
- Assist new employees with learning activities, job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees to foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Perform the physical, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position as specified in the physical demands.
- Comply with company standards of operations and promote a respectful culture of confidentiality.
- Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
- Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Full-Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice (strongly preferred).
- Current, active, and verifiable Family Nurse Practitioner License and DEA certification (required within 120 days if limited by state law).
- Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements.
- DOT certification required for Full-Time and Part-Time Providers within 120 days of employment.
- Experience levels:
- Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience.
- Level 2: 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Level 3: 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Must be able to perform on-call duties periodically throughout the year (for Ancillary Providers).
