Family Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality healthcare in both clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, review medical histories, formulate diagnoses, and deliver diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations while adhering to clinical protocols and compliance regulations (including HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals
• Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service
• Perform assessments, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients
• Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities
• Support new employee onboarding and foster a positive, respectful work environment
• Work efficiently in fast-paced settings and manage virtual patient communication
• Possibly provide on-call coverage and fulfill additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with active licensure and DEA registration
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in urgent care, ER, or family practice
• Proven telehealth experience and ability to treat patients of all ages
• DOT certification within 120 days of employment
