Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Brooklyn & Queens, NY Role Overview: Provide patient-centered, integrative care within a multi-specialty practice. Conduct physical exams, document medical histories, develop care plans, order and interpret diagnostics, monitor treatments, diagnose health conditions, and educate patients and families.
