About the Role

Provide patient-centered, integrative care within a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. Conduct physical exams, document medical histories, develop care plans, order and interpret diagnostics, monitor treatments, diagnose health conditions, and educate patients and families. Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Russian required
• Proficiency with EHR systems and diagnostics
• New graduates encouraged to apply; ENT or multi-specialty experience a plus
