We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - About the role: There's description: "We are hiring for: Family Model Provider Type: Regular If you are a positive and personable individual ..." etc. So we can put that in

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: There's a list: "Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then bullet list. So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • ...
  • . - Requirements: There's "Position Requirements:" then list of items. So

    Requirements

    with
. - Qualifications: Not separate; maybe same as Requirements. Could combine but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if content present. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not separate. So we should not create Skills heading. - Benefits: The posting says "We offer the following benefits to employees:" then list of benefits, but note that Family Model Provider is Independent Contractor not eligible for company benefits. However they still list benefits for employees. The posting includes benefits list but then says contract/contingent workers do not qualify. Should we include Benefits section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The benefits are listed but then note they don't apply to contractors. Still it's specific content about benefits offered to employees. Should we include? Probably yes, as it's substantive content. However note that the role is Independent Contractor not eligible; but we still have benefits listed. We'll include Benefits section with the list. - Pay: The posting says "RHA’s compensation package shall be determined based on the needs of the individual served and you will be paid as a contract provider." No specific pay amount. That's vague; not a specific number. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Since pay is not specified, we should NOT create a Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. We need to strip boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove EEO statement and "About RHA:" maybe? The "About RHA:" is not a section heading but could be considered part of About the role? It's about the organization. The instruction says we can include About the role section; we could incorporate that description. The "About RHA:" paragraph is about the company; could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could omit as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate; it's descriptive of the organization. Might be considered relevant. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we should keep it. But we need to decide where to place it. Could be part of About the role section (makes sense). We'll combine the initial hiring paragraph and the About RHA paragraph into About the role. We must remove duplicated lines, EEO statement, etc. Let's extract content: Opening: "We are hiring for: Family Model Provider Type: Regular If you are a positive and personable individual looking for a satisfying and fun opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges, join our team at RHA Health Services! Do you have room in your home and heart to support an adult or child with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities? RHA is an industry leading provider with decades of experience serving individuals with I/DD and our Family Model services are supported by a strong team of professional and administrative staff. We are typically able to make Family Model placements quickly and support individuals with a wide variety of needs." Then: "As a Family Model caregiver you will support individuals with disabilities in a home setting. Level of supports are based on the needs of the individual in your care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then bullet list. Bullet list items: - Seeking to understand the individual in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future. - Supporting the individual in eating nutritious meals and snacks consistent with dietary needs, resting (by providing sleeping accommodations), daily self-care activities, leisure/recreation, education and working. - Supports are provided according to the person’s abilities and interests while ensuring privacy and dignity. - Preparing, teaching and assisting the person in food preparation, and cleaning of the home. - Honoring the choices, preferences and culture of the person you support. - Assisting in providing opportunities for social, emotional and spiritual needs to be met. - Assisting with transportation and scheduling of all medical, therapy, vocational and recreational activities. - Ensuring that the home environment is safe and in good condition. - Implementing services and supports to address goals identified through the Person Centered Plan. This includes medical, psychiatric, recreational, spiritual, and emotional needs. - Assisting the person supported by attending treatment team meetings and facilitating communication related to individual needs, response to service and supports, and progress toward goals. - Participating in supervision as agreed upon in the RHA supervision contract. Then: "RHA will assist you in the following capacities:" then list: - Provide support through a multidisciplinary team for crisis assistance and training as needed as you begin your journey as a Family Model caregiver. - Training includes RHA’s proprietary ProAct training, which focuses on supporting resiliency, emotional stability and problem solving. - Assist in coordinating respite care to support your needs as a caregiver. - Supervision will be provided to assist you in adjusting to your new role. - The frequency and amount of supervision will be determined in a collaborative relationship with your RHA supervisor. Then: "Position Requirements:" then list: - HS Diploma/GED - 18 years old or older - Documentation of home ownership: current mortgage statement or renter’s lease - Proof of homeowner’s or renter’s insurance or personal property insurance - Valid Driver’s License; Reliable transportation with valid vehicle insurance - Ability to pass criminal background and Registry checks as well as a Drug Screen - TB Screenings for all members of household - Work as an Independent Contractor - Pre-employment screening: Complete criminal backgroundName checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)Drug testingEducation verification and other credentialing based on position requirements. - Proof of employment history or references (if required) - Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals. Note there is some weird formatting; we need to keep as is. Then: "We offer the following benefits to employees:" then list: - Payactiv: early access to the money you’ve earned from hours you’ve already worked, before payday! - Employee perks and discount program: to help you save money! - Paid Time Off (full-time employees only) - Health/Insurance (full-time employees only) - 401(k) retirement savings program - Wellbeing Programs: Physical, Emotional and Financial - Chronic Disease management programs for hypertension and diabetes (for qualifying employees) - Training: Free CPR, first aid, and job-specific training opportunities - contract/contingent workers and interns do not qualify for any of the above benefits Then EEO statement etc which we remove. Then "About RHA:" paragraph: "At RHA Health Services, we help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health and/or substance use needs live their best lives. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment while creating opportunities for personal outcomes. For over 30 years, the people we serve and support have remained at the very center of everything we do. RHA currently provides services in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Jersey. If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of people we serve and support apply to join the team today." We should incorporate that into About the role maybe after initial description. We must not include application instructions like "apply to join the team today." That's maybe considered application instruction; but it's part of About RHA. The instruction says remove application instructions. The phrase "apply to join the team today" is an application instruction. We should remove that sentence. Also "If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of people we serve and support apply to join the team today." We'll remove that sentence. Thus About RHA paragraph becomes: "At RHA Health Services, we help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health and/or substance use needs live their best lives. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment while creating opportunities for personal outcomes. For over 30 years, the people we serve and support have remained at the very center of everything we do. RHA currently provides services in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Jersey." We'll keep that. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

      About the role

      ... combined paragraphs ...

      Then

      Responsibilities

      • ... each bullet ...
      Then

      Requirements

      • ... each requirement ...
      Then

      Benefits

      • ... each benefit ...
(excluding the note about contract workers not qualifying? That's part of benefits list; we should keep it as a bullet? It says "contract/contingent workers and interns do not qualify for any of the above benefits". That's a statement about eligibility. Could be a bullet. We'll include as a bullet. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Now produce only HTML fragment. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine initial hiring description and About RHA paragraph (excluding the application instruction sentence). We'll need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Initial hiring description includes many sentences; we can keep them as is, maybe separate into multiple

      tags? The instruction says use

for prose. Could be multiple paragraphs. We'll split logically: first paragraph up to "We are typically able to make Family Model placements quickly and support individuals with a wide variety of needs." Then second paragraph: "As a Family Model caregiver you will support individuals with disabilities in a home setting. Level of supports are based on the needs of the individual in your care." Actually that belongs to Responsibilities? It precedes Responsibilities heading. Might be better to include in About the role as general
