Family Medicine with OB Faculty Physician - Portland, ME

About the role

MaineHealth Primary Care Family Medicine is seeking a full-time (.9 FTE) BC/BE Family Medicine with OB Faculty Physician for one of their well-established practices located in Portland, Maine. This practice is one of two outpatient clinical sites for MaineHealth Medical Center Portland's Family Medicine Residency Program. The position includes ambulatory family medicine, newborn care, obstetric care, and a role as a core residency faculty member. Qualified candidates must be trained to OB Competency.

Practice setting

• Join a vibrant practice where you will be working on a high functioning care team with attending physicians, advanced practice providers, and residents
• The practice offers multiple enhanced services including lab, Xray, integrated behavioral health, a clinical pharmacist, physical therapy, sports medicine, and care management

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and teaching of Family Medicine residents and Tufts University School of Medicine - Maine Track students

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position at a .9 FTE is $231,750. In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs and career growth opportunities.
