Family Medicine Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available - 4 days in clinic, 1 day remote

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care across in-person and virtual settings, with a schedule that includes four days in clinic and one day remote. You will manage a diverse patient panel, partner closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams, and contribute to a care model that emphasizes continuity, collaboration, and quality. This position also includes leadership responsibilities such as supervising NP or PA colleagues and supporting access to care across multiple service modalities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of primary care needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed

Qualifications

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 5 years
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in CA before starting

Pay

$308,700 – $369,000 annually
