About the Role
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our friendly and well-established team in Tigard, one of the most diverse and growing suburbs of Portland. Our outpatient clinic is known for delivering exceptional care to individuals and families across generations in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities
- Provide whole-person, community-based care to patients across the lifespan
- Demonstrate clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Apply strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Prescribe common medications with knowledge of side effects and contraindications
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and best practices
- Uphold patient confidentiality with compassionate and approachable communication
- Attend work regularly and on time
Requirements
- MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan

Benefits
- 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
- Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $320,000/yr
- 36 patient hours over a 4-day workweek

General Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work environment includes a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. This position involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues, and all employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
