About the role

Pearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led outpatient practice in Eugene, Oregon, part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This is a 100% outpatient Family Medicine role with no hospital responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient panel
• Work within an experienced staff and strong specialist referral network
• Receive a year one guarantee of $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp)
• Compensation range from $270,000 to $380,000 for established physicians
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week
• No hospital call requirements

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan
• Strong diagnostic and examination skills with working knowledge of pharmacology and medical guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Oregon
• Must have a DEA certificate
• Must have health, life, vision, and dental insurance benefits
• Must have malpractice insurance paid in full and tail coverage included
• Must have retirement options including 401K and Roth
• Must have PTO and CME benefits included

Pay
