About the role

We are seeking a Family Medicine provider to join a patient-centered, outpatient-only practice in a supportive, team-based environment. The role offers a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with no weekend or call responsibilities and an average of 16–20 patients per day. Ideal candidates are committed to providing meaningful, community-oriented healthcare in a scenic, outdoor-rich environment.
