- Patients per Day: 20
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Scope: Family Medicine, Adult Outpatient, Pediatric General Outpatient, Gynecology (pelvic exams/Pap smears)
- State Licensure: Active Michigan medical license required at time of name clear
