About the role
This is a full-time, part-time, or per diem position in a community health setting in Western Sonoma County, CA.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient-only, no nights, shared call schedule
- Immediate patient access and opportunities for niche interests
- Collaborative, physician-led culture focused on compassionate, accessible care and quality community impact
Requirements
- Valid California medical licensure
- DEA and Furnishing Licenses
- Prior outpatient or community health experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift
- At least 2 years of family medicine experience
