Family Medicine Physician - Locum Tenens Coverage

Role: Medical Doctor (MD) providing outpatient primary care in a correctional facility. Responsibilities: Manage primary and chronic care for adult patients in a structured correctional environment, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Prescriptive authority is required. No call coverage is necessary. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification is negotiable; relevant medical licensure and prescriptive authority are essential. Experience in outpatient primary care and correctional healthcare is preferred. Key Duties Deliver outpatient primary care services to adult patients.Follow established clinical protocols supported by on-site medical leadership.Manage a variable caseload with structured workflows. Additional Details: Support from a Medical Director, working on-site in a secure environment, with a focus on adult primary and chronic care management. The role offers a structured day shift without the need for call duties.
