It delivers nationally recognized care through 40+ medical and surgical specialties, innovative population health programs, and a collaborative physician–administration leadership model. CentraCare – Melrose offers high-quality, convenient care close to home to a service area of nearly 20,000. The campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, a family medicine clinic, 12 private patient rooms, 14 universal outpatient rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, a separate emergency entrance with 2 trauma bays and drive-thru ambulance garage, and advanced imaging including MRI and 3D mammography. Adjacent to the medical campus are a 75-bed long-term care facility and a 60-unit assisted living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital. The Melrose community is known for its lakes, parks, and forests, strong schools, vibrant small businesses, cultural offerings like community theater, and convenient access to St. Cloud, Alexandria, and Minneapolis/St. Paul via I-94.
