- High elderly population
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
- 16-22 patients per day
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time
- May participate in day-time call rotation (no after hour call)
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
Package
- Competitive base compensation $275,000 range; potential wRVU productivity & quality bonus.

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in New Hampshire
- 1+ years experience preferred- will consider 2026 residents
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine
