About the role

Optimus Health Care—the largest provider of primary health care services in Fairfield County—welcomes dedicated professionals to join our team-based model of care at our Park City Primary Care clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a family medicine practice setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care including conventional medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health services.
• Offer complementary approaches to care such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutritional counseling.
• Participate in an expanding focus on employee recognition, health, and well-being initiatives.
• Contribute to a fun, fast-paced working environment that prioritizes quality and ethical practices.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited Medical School.
• Completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine.
• Current Connecticut Licensure or application in process.
• Board Certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
