About the Role

Join a national wound physician group offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. This part-time position in Sheboygan, WI provides an opportunity to become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities while delivering bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-level wound management at the bedside in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at assigned facilities.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Participate in paid training during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in Wisconsin.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM), 4–5 days per week.
• Part-time: Minimum of 3 days per week, same hours.
• No call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Mobile practice: Travel to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of Sheboygan.

Pay

W2 full-time physicians earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits. Part-time compensation is prorated based on hours worked.
