Become an expert in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities while providing bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.

Full-time W2 physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a typical workweek of 45 hours for full-time positions. Part-time roles require a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each assigned facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Perform clinical documentation in real-time during rounds using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Operate as a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles; 4–5 days per week for full-time roles.
• W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).

Training & Support

• Paid training provided during onboarding.
• 6-month wound care fellowship to build expertise in wound management.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM) or part-time options available.
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
