Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work‑life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Part‑time family medicine physician position with National Wound Physician Group in Sioux Falls, SD, providing bedside wound management in post‑acute care settings across a mobile practice radius.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in wound management through training from wound‑certified physician trainers and fellowship directors.
• Utilize cutting‑edge clinical technologies and the latest wound‑care modalities.
• Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each assigned facility.
• Visit 2‑3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20‑30 patients per day.
• Document clinical encounters in real‑time at point of care using a proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
• Participate in paid onboarding training and a 6‑month wound care fellowship.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of three weekdays per week.

Pay

W2 full‑time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits; part‑time compensation is prorated accordingly.

Schedule

No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7 am–4 pm (approximately 45‑hour work week). Part‑time role requires a minimum of three days per week. Physicians operate a mobile practice within a 40‑ to 60‑mile radius, visiting 2‑3 facilities per day.
